Builders

Any work performed through connections made on this platform is the responsibility of the builder and Enmero is not liable for disputes, non-payment, or quality issues. You agree to comply with all applicable employment and tax laws.
Investors
Investors agree to use the platform in good faith and to comply with all applicable securities laws and investment regulations. Enmero does not provide investment advice or recommendations. Any investment decisions made based on information found on this platform are entirely your own responsibility. You acknowledge that all investments carry risk, including potential loss of principal.
General User Responsibilities
All users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Update their profiles with current and truthful information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

THE CRUCIBLE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Enmero makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
We do not warrant that:

- Defects will be corrected or that the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ENMERO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS.
This includes but is not limited to damages for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data, information, or business records
- Emotional distress or reputational harm
- Failed negotiations or unsuccessful partnerships
- Investment losses or financial damages
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to Enmero in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Termination
Enmero may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice and without cause. This includes suspension due to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Engagement in illegal or fraudulent activity
- Non-payment of any fees owed
- Threatening or harassing other users
- Any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users
Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. We are not responsible for any loss of data, access, or opportunities resulting from termination of your account. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and data provisions, will remain in effect.
